Art Advisory · Caribbean and African diaspora

Where culture
becomes
collection.

We connect individual collectors and forward-thinking organizations with the most significant emerging voices from the Caribbean and African diaspora — a world the art market has barely begun to discover.

"The Caribbean and African diaspora has produced extraordinary artists. The world is only beginning to pay attention."

CO-Impact Art Advisory
The market
hasn't caught
up yet.
We have.

CO-Impact is an art advisory practice built on a simple conviction: the Caribbean and African diaspora is producing some of the most interesting, vital contemporary art in the world — and it remains one of the most underrepresented regions in the global market.

Consensus is forming — and that gap is closing — and we help our clients get there first.

Our founder brings a career as a senior corporate leader along with experience and education in the arts. We combine deep market relationships with the analytical discipline, so that every acquisition is culturally resonant and strategically sound.

Claire Olsson

Founder, CO-Impact

Art advisory born from
a question everyone asks.

Claire Olsson has been collecting art for nearly two decades, long before it was her profession. With a foundation in Art History and a career built at the senior levels of corporate leadership, she brings an unusual combination to advisory work: genuine passion for art and rigorous, analytical discipline.

CO-Impact was born from a recurring conversation. Time and again, with family, friends, colleagues, Claire heard the same thing: “I’d love to buy art, but I don’t know where to start.” She founded CO-Impact to answer that question — and to direct the answer toward artists who deserve far more attention than they receive.

Claire believes the Caribbean and African diaspora represents one of the most significant and underrepresented bodies of creative work in the contemporary art world. The representation gap isn't a matter of quality; it's a matter of access, relationships, and advocacy.

That's exactly what CO-Impact exists to change.

She works with a small number of collectors and organizations at a time, bringing the same depth of attention to each engagement.

Art that tells
your story.

Hospitality brands, corporates, SMBs, and mission-driven organizations use art to signal who they are and who they're for. We help you build a cohesive art program — from boutique hotels to office environments — that feels authentic.

  • Collection vision and brief development
  • Artist sourcing and commissioning
  • Budget planning and phased acquisition

We're not a gallery.
We work for you.

CO-Impact is fully independent — we have no financial relationship with galleries or artists that would compromise our advice. Our only incentive is finding the right work for the right collector at the right moment.
